Dear SEC Staff: I've worked in the tech industry and on issues regarding corporate governance. I am writing to express my concern about your proposed changes to S7-22-19. I represent a group of 70 workers who share my concerns. I would hope that the SEC would rule stronger in favor of supporting individual, small shareholders to have an easier voice in corporate matters, and it seems like this change is intended to make it harder; I strongly urge you to reconsider.
