Dear SEC: I am voicing strong opposition to the proposed rule changes, along with a question: Do you guys WANT class warfare? Clearly this makes it easier for companies to stack the deck against retail investors on many levels, and nearly puts a gag order on them to boot. And these rules would probably benefit me and my portfolio. But come on. This is so clearly tinder for the socialist, pissed-off left. Jamie Dimon and Larry Fink walk off with tens and hundreds of millions of dollars a year, while people get fired and can't get ahead. Really, it's shameful.
