Dear Chairman Clayton, I am a housewife and part-time receptionist from Phoenix, Arizona. I recently heard about the proxy firms that are forcing companies to redistribute earnings to support their liberal agendas. I am incensed by this! Who are these people to hold companies and shareholders hostage to liberal causes that many investors would not support? My husband, a school teacher, and I have worked hard to raise our children and are now nearing the time where we can retire and the idea that a proxy firm can redirect MY investments and the profit of a company without the knowledge of investors is just wrong. I encourage you to support Rule # S7-22-19 and to keep proxy firms from stealing from regular people like us who are just trying to live our lives and enjoy the fruits of our labor after years of hard work. Also, thank you for your continued efforts to protect the little guy from the constant liberal attacks to our liberty. Sincerely, Carolyn Day
