Dear Chairman Clayton,
I am a retired medical record librarian wanting to get the best returns on my investments. Therefore, I am in favor of enacting Rule S7-22-19. I am an American citizen originally from Hampton, Virginia and pride myself in having been active in my government through knowing my Constitution, from a very early age. I appreciate all you do for America and look forward to this new rule being activated.
