Chairman Clayton, Good morning, Sir. My name is Denice Arehart. I am as former teacher in the public school system. My husband and I, along with our three children, live in the great state of Florida. Indialantic is a small beach community on a barrier island on the East coast of Florida. We share the same county and districts as NASA and Kennedy Space Center. I am writing you today to tell you that I totally agree with your new rule. I no longer have a 401k in the system because my husband and I decided that the money was best profited elsewhere; however, this does not mean I don't watch out for fellow public servants. Not only do I consider myself conservative; I think myself half way intelligent and free thinking. I don't want someone else funding or supporting ANY political agenda. Again, I want to make it clear that I support and applaud your new rule. I hope you get all the support you need to move forward with it. Additionally, I want to thank you for looking out for the little guy. I know the SEC doesn't always get it's due praise or thanks, so I want to make sure you know I'm watching and I thank you.
