Chairman Clayton, I am writing to you from the viewpoint of middle America. I make this assumption based on my senior citizen's experience of living in many different environments and as retired military. Middle class America agrees with your support for this rule. Proxy firms have an unfair advantage over middle class shareholders as they impose their social justice priorities over shareholder profits and they need to be reined in. Thank you for your courage!
