Dear Chairman Clayton, I am writing in support of subject rule, as it has come to my attention that there are proxy firms that have been hijacked by the liberal left in an effort to promote their progressive agendas at the expense of the best interests of investors. As an average middle class American, I am tired of Leftists pushing their liberal policies on everyone else, whether it be through our education system, television, Hollywood, etc. Too often it seems that our side doesn’t fight back, and that needs to change. That is why I am writing in support of Rule 57-22-19 so that average Americans’ financial interests are protected, and especially not sacrificed for policies which we do not even support. I thank you for your efforts to implement this legislation and very much appreciate that you have given this malpractice the attention it deserves. Thanks again!
