Good afternoon Chairman Clayton,
Please allow me to introduce myself to you. My name is Kevin Garcia and I am disabled OIF era Veteran that is lucky enough to have a caring and supportive family that understands and helps with my PTSD. I live in Wichita, Kansas but will soon move back to my home state of North Carolina! But I must digress, I will not lie and try and tell you I'm very knowledgable about proxy firms. But I know what a proxy is. I read about these firms and I am ashamed that these firms would deviate from their intended path.
