Good afternoon, As a retail investor the need for these rules to reduce conflicts of interests should be a fundamental right. These should not be even required and should be the foundation of any financial system. My confidence in this system has deteriorated as the wealth gap widens. I applaud the efforts being made to protect the money being invested by everyday people. As technology advances and knowledge expands the need to evolve is the cornerstone to every successful nation. I do trust that the SEC is making new efforts to protect retail investors and reducing conflicts of interest is another step forward. Best regards, Matt
