August 17, 2022 In regards to S7-21-22. I support the proposed rule I believe it has the potential to alleviate substantial risk within the markets, my reasoning is that very rarely do individuals operate outside their own interests which in the case of powerful far reaching institutions such as clearing agencies, produces the potential to risk the well being of members, affiliated parties, and market stability I believe the proposed rule as is without amendments addresses this nicely. I would in the future love to see the SEC further regulate and put limitations on these self regulatory organizations as self regulatory organizations such as clearing agencies may initially form for the benefit of all, they often attract unsavory and corrupt characters who often times abuse that freedom of governance to the needless detriment of others, I unfortunately believe this to be the case already with these organizations. Once again I support the proposed rule and thank you for your time.
