August 12, 2022 The DTCC is a criminal enterprise. The very concept of price discovery is impossible with the way the DTCC operates. This has been allowed to happen because of no oversight into the criminal day to day operations at the DTCC. I'm just writing to secure notes in history that a giant body of professionals watched all of this happen and did nothing. Your grandchildren should be ashamed to carry your name. This is global financial fraud and it's obvious. The DTCC allows parties to represent ownership of property they don't own. They can't self regulate. The DTCC can't self regulate. They've proven this by being allowed to self regulate. Our current market crime is a product of the DTCCs lack of self regulation. This is an embarrassment and a stain on our world.
