August 12, 2022 This is change we need. Clearing agencies should not be self-regulating, especially when they have proven unable to curb their profit-motivated short term thinking. The power to stabilize the market should not be given to those who profit from volatility, and are thus incentivized to destabilize the market. That is madness.
