January 12, 2023 As an individual Investor, I support any rule that increases transparency and limit large market players' tools that give them unfair advantage when combined with their privileges, nearly unlimited means, or political support. I appreciate the opportunity given to me to comment on the rules and hope Faith in the concert of free and fair markets gets restored. Also enforcement is a crucial aspect and requires adjusted penalties that aren't just a cost of doing business for large players. Fines must be proportionate to the financial power of the fined parties. Perhaps jail time would be the only effective deterrent. Thank you for your time.
