January 10, 2023 Dear SEC, Thanks for allowing me to comment on this proposal. I am an individual investor with a belief that the markets are not as fair or transparent for me than they are for bigger firms. I agree with the SEC's proposal that modernizing the disclosure rules and transparency will level the battle field for individual investors such as myself. Deceiving or misleading investors via lack of transparency or disclosures is not something that still should be allowed to exist today. I support the SEC's proposal. Best, James Lutes
