December 7, 2022 this is just another government answer to a problem that does not exist. Whether I know a repurchase happens daily or monthly, or..., it makes no difference to me as an individual investor. If this is supposed to \"protect\" me, I do not see how. As to harm, yes a new corporate expense in order to satisfy the requirement.
