October 9, 2022 I have been a retail investor for a very short time, but in that time Ive taken a deep interest in the fundamental principles that govern the markets. Many issues that currently face the market stem largely from its lack of transparency. From self-reporting to private governing bodies such as the DTCC, the market is structured by its opacity and complexity. S7-21-21 would help create clarity in the market, and would give retail investors, such as myself, a deeper understanding of the market mechanics that govern our financial system. Please pass this rule to help even the playing field for the little guy
