I generally support the proposal. I think more needs to be done to address performance, fee and other puffers used by advisers...taking into account how people communicate today and in the future.
In really like the investor and small business flier (and fact sheets). It really makes commenting more approachable as releases are just too long.
We should require all government rule making to use this approach.5
