I am an individual owner of traded instruments available through Charles Schwab. All trades should be required to trade and be reported upon no matter who, what or where the trade is arranged. This is the only way to provided market transparency. This include GS and "private" invester originization like KKK and Blackrock etc. If this is not done then large traders will always have and unfair advantage. I also like that "naked" options should also be prohibited. Bob Mall
