October 11, 2022 Repeal these regs. The SEC needs to focus on investor protection, not in these silly stockholder proposals which are for the most part sponsored by people who have nothing better to do then toot their own horns in the company annual mailings. If they had to spend their own dime on this tripe, we wouldnt see anything cluttering our mailboxes. I read about people seeking to defund the SEC. A dumb idea, sure, but one that should have you focused on your real mission. Investor protection. Focus please and drop this silliness.
