To whom it may concern, Thank you for taking our comments into consideration on topic S7-20-21. It is incredibly important to upgrade and improve transparency and security in our markets. Any effort that supports increased public disclosures of insider information policies at organizations and whether organizations are compliant and if not why is a boon to a fair market. I support this update to Rule 10b5‑1 and more if it enhances transparency and stability in a fair market for all. Respectfully, Ryan Brunton
