Hello my name is Terry Hogan , and I am a retail investor. I believe S7-20-21
Rule 10b5-1 on Insider Trading would greatly benefit the current system . I especially like the cooling off period , as I am greatly concerned with insiders trading on information not available to retailers like myself .
Also , limiting insider plans to trades 1 per month also sounds like a great way to cut down on random insider schemes . Please implement S7-20-21 Rule 10b5-1 and Insider Trading immediately. Thanks you .
