It makes me happy to see rules being proposed and hopefully implemented to clamp down on Insider Trading. If were going to have financial markets then they need to be fair for everyone.
Id like to see this also aimed at those who hold public office. Its shocking and unacceptable that decision makers in our government are able to use the financial markets when they have information only available to them and/or future decision making power that greatly impacts their trading decisions.
