The recent turmoil in the markets is completely unnecessary and speaks for itself. Why continue to allow for the destabilization of US markets when a few simple rules that increase fairness and transparency, two necessary conditions for democracy and liberal economies, could prevent destabilizing actions by a few narrowly interested actors?
Please implement this rule with all due haste.
