As a retired law enforcement executive and active trader for over 40 years, I am appalled of the illegal short selling, routing of buy orders to dark pools, parking buy orders by delaying, that has occurred in the markets this last year. Unless transparency, and a fair market is enacted, the SEC will not only lose all credibility but traders world wide will seek other markets other than the United States to conduct business, and a collapse of the economy.
