Im working in what I hope is a free market in agriculture. I do not feel the stock market is free. Political trading by congressional members, dark pools, naked shorts, PFOF are all ways to keep retail from having a true fair market. AMC and GME are prime examples. Its blatant market manipulation and nothing is ever done. Athletes and executive of companies cant do these things with their own sport or company but congress and hedge funds can do whatever they want with fees that equate to the cost of doing business with a 5:1 return on the fee. The SEC has toothless tiger rules. We need jail time. Enforce the rules to make the playing field fair for retail. Thanks for your time.
