There is no real way to discern if the trade is legal or not, the insider only has to point to something that is not insider information. When retail is calling out all the illegal trading and manipulation of the news and markets, you are now trying to legalize some of that corruption. Get to work on cleaning up the markets, not legalizing crimes.
