I support these regulations. These transactions need to be transparent and reported. More so, no one should be above the laws or be able to have information on a public trade.
The Commissioners that voted against this also voted against other regulations that continue to line the pockets of the corrupt.
The SEC Commissioners against regulation are corrupt and derelict of their duty.
