I agree with the proposed amendments to improve the efficiency of filing fees and the payment process. An automated system such as the ACH to help the preparation, disclosure, validation, assessment and collection process for fees and payments sounds like it will reduce manual errors and help the correction of said errors. In this day and age, it is a necessity to modernize to keep up with todays technology. The only concern that pops into my mind at this moment is how does it affect filers and processors? Is the hope of this change for these individuals to focus on other work? Is there a possibility for this system to eradicate any filing positions in the company?
