Good day, I’m writing to inform you of my support for rule 6b-1, I support the removal of rebates completely. This creates an unfair advantage to large broker-dealers over mid-sized and smaller broker dealers. This essentially supports monopolies which goes against the government’s ideas of competition. It forces mid-sized and small-sized broker dealers to route their orders through large broker-dealers, further compounding the issue. Capitalism only works when there is healthy competition and no support for monopolies. The current structure in place goes against competition and supports the largest firms, this is unacceptable. In short, I am in full support of rule 6b-1 and call for the complete removal of rebates based on volume. Down with monopolies. Thank you, Joshua Dobos
