October 29, 2022 I absolutely support this proposal. There is a desperate need for transparency in the market. Transparency not only allows for less fraud, but it helps smaller investors make educated decisions on an equal footing with everyone else. Information is not equal in today's market. Bad actors use this to their advantage to get their way. There is a huge public interest in insuring that these firms are dealing in good faith and above the table. if they get caught, it needs to be in hundreds of billions of dollars fine so they can not do it any more. not small fines and many many violations but 1 time and 1 time only. we need more transparent in the market. I am an individual investor, and I urge the SEC to pass this. Thank you.
