October 31, 2022 I support transaction by transaction reporting and think this rule should be implemented in its current form. Specifically I want to see the 15 minute reporting requirement as I think it is a great idea and ensures safe and fair markets. This would help protect average americans from criminal financial practices that are used and relied on by corporate bad actors such as market makers. Victiized companies need a greater ability to defend themselves and reporting would reduce short selling in the dark.
