November 1, 2022 Thank you for reopening this comment period. short sale transactions need to be reported daily or intraday for market transparency for documented abuses in the markets of abusive short selling including naked short selling and worst of all failure to delivers. for the sake of our capital markets own future' including participants big and small to restore the wounded faith and credibility in our markets there needs to start with full transparency reporting. this would be a great start, thank you.
