Regarding Proposal 10c-1: I support this proposal. I believe strongly in the transparency of our markets, and I feel that this rule is a strong step in the right direction, and I hope to see many more like it. I support transparency and public disclosure of this data. I support transaction-by-transaction reporting because it eliminates the ability to hide and obfuscate the data within an aggregate. To be more succinct: For an agency to regulate an entity, it must first acquire data to make a fair assessment. Any measure that promotes transparency and (timely, accurate) data collection is a positive step and should be supported. I cannot fathom any legitimate reason that suppressing transparent, timely accurate data serves the retail investor the SEC purports to protect. Don M. Cromer
