I am in full, enthusiastic support of the proposed Rule 10c-1. To be clear, I support more transparency, harsher penalties (both for the firm and individual executives) of fines and criminal prison time, T+0 settling, banning PFOF, banning dark pools, and banning FTDs. Reporting at much shorter intervals like the proposed rule would institute is easily possibly in today's world. Thank you for your time.
