October 26, 2022 1) Make Dark Pools illegal immediately. They do not allow true price discovery. 2) Stop all PFOF. This is illegal skimming off the top. 3) Stop all Naked Short Selling. 4) Shorts are illegally marked as longs by Hedge Funds. 5) No self regulations... by any person or group. It has been proven to never work over and over again. 6) All SEC fines must be greater than income earn from the illegal activity, otherwise it is just a cost of doing business.
