 Good Day,

\"The mission of the SEC is to protect investors maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets and facilitate capital formation. The SEC strives to promote a market environment that is worthy of the public's trust.\"

With that in mind, I would like to mention that the SEC does not have my trust, because I don't believe it is fulfilling its own mission. But this amendment would be a step in the right direction, a tiny, miniscule step.

These giant companies in question have the technology and know how to \"...conduct trades in approximately one 64 millionth of a second.\"
Surely they will be able to report their positions more often than whenever they feel like it, how ever much they feel like, with microscopic fines as a deterrent.

Thank you for your time,
An extremely concerned anonymous market participant
