October 9, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans. With so much criminal activity in the stock market, this needs to happen. These HF needs to disclose this information seeing the SEC is horrible at doing anything to make them. Sincerely, A Concerned Investor
