October 8, 2022 If I am buying a security and my broker is lending it for short sale, I should be informed every time. Large institutions using retail assets against them is NOT benefiting retail investors. It is actively harming them and reducing faith in American markets. Complaints from institutions that following such transparencies laws hurts their execution and bottom line should NEVER be prioritized against safeguarding the people from pirate-like theft of their wealth by brokers and lenders using their own assets against them. I want to know about EVERY INSTANCE of short selling and loaning of ALL assets, so I, and \"little guys\" like me, can make informed decisions about managing our wealth without falling to prey to the predatory tactics used by large financial institutions. They hold all the cards and are harming the American public from their positions of power. It's unconscionable.
