October 8, 2022 I strongly support frequent disclosure of short selling positions. Short sellers are not investors in a company and instead of destroy productivity. Many countries outlaw short selling for this very reason. If we continue to allow short selling in this country we should at least be aware of the positions that are being taken. As it stands now there is too much room for abuse. This abuse harms all producers and investors. We need greater transparency. This is why I support this rule.
