October 8, 2022 As a retail invester I wholeheartedly support transaction-by-transaction reporting. For decades institutions,hedge funds, banks had been working mostly in the dark through dark pool, self reporting of shorts, naked shoeting, spoofing, algorithmic trading against retail traders. The market became opaque and when the illegal activities came out they are punished with a fine 1/1000th of their ill begotten money. It is time to make the market a little more transparent so all investors can have the same information. Thank you.
