As a retail investor interested in creating a fair and balanced market, I support the changes outlined in proposal s7-18-21.
Increasing reporting requirements is a huge step in the right direction for creating a fair market. Currently there is too much information hidden within the markets to create anything resembling \"fair\".
True price discovery is hidden within the confines of algorithmic trading, dark pools, and loan swaps hidden to the public. With this information, I as a retail investor, would be able to invest more confidently into the market. This is a step in the right direction for a fair market on which the entirety of the United States depends on.
