October 8, 2022 I fully support rule to allow for transparency to our markets and protect not just retail investors but also companies as a whole who may be targeted by a short selling campaign. The argument against this of it hurting investment strategies is based purely on greed. All companies and investment firms and retail investors should be on equal footing within the market and this will help significantly.
