I strongly support the full reporting of securities loans. It seems crazy to me that there isn't a requirement to provide transparency already. Not doing so gives unfair advantage to large hedge funds at the expense of the small investor. Their ability to trade in darkness leads to corruption and it needs to stop before they endanger the entire economy. Please do the right thing here and require this reporting. It's obvious that it is needed.
