I strongly support 15 minute intraday reporting of lended securities.
Any party that pushes back against such a rule is looking to remain operating in the dark which greatly undermines the integrity of capital markets of the NYSE.
Not regulating this 15 minute rule provides no confidence in the US markets to maintain the integrity, nor idea, of fair market participation.
I am not a finance person, but it's very obvious that without greater insight and regulation that this rule will provide, greed and theft will continue on the biggest investment platform in the world. Be leaders, provide confidence to international investors that wish to take part in the system.
