I have been trading securities for my entire adult life. I used to believe that our markets were free and fair, but have since learned of the many ways that our system is rigged against every day investors. Because of this, I no longer have any trust in the DTCC or NYSE. I STRONGLY SUPPORT this rule change as it is just the beginning of starting to shine the light on these criminals that destroy great American companies. If we are to live up to our values as Americans supporting free and fair markets then there should be no failures to deliver or naked short selling. Short sellers are some of the most corrupt criminals on Wall street so anything we can do to uncover their schemes, the better.
