I am writing in strong support of rule 10c-1, Reporting of Securities Loans.
Short selling hurts investors and the current rules as is, permits rampant abuse. Short sale data is currently not informative enough. I support the intraday 15 minute reporting requirement. This helps prevent predatory shorting and fraud and aids in true price discovery.
