As a retail investor in united states securities I find the comments disturbing.
Retail needs further protection and whilst i fully back this change I believe 15 minute reporting is too much. I believe instead we need to do daily reports or t+1.
I find it highly disconcerting several large firms are requesting against THIS rule and that alarms me. We need FULL disclosure of all security loans to not only protect retail but to protect from crime. I wonder why so many firms are reprting against this.
PLEASE implement this rule asap.
