Since the 1990s I have been a small investor. I find learning about the stock market in general and companies specifically interesting and challenging. I also play card games like Bridge and board games such as chess and backgammon. I do not cheat and am repulsed by cheating.

If retail investors can have access to current information and increased transparency in the markets, this is a good thing. In this day and age where even a regular citizen can buy a pretty darned fast computer, Transaction-By-Transaction reporting should be accomplished by all entities in the market, no matter how large or how enormous their assets are. To do less than this is certainly not transparent, and it cheats personal investors such as myself.

The home page of the SEC website says that your purpose is to protect American households that have turned to the securities market to invest in our future. Please protect my interests and those of other smaller \"retail\" investors.
