As an average citizen who buys and sells stock, aka, a \"retail trader,\" I explicitly support transaction-by-transaction reporting because it eliminates the ability to \"hide within the aggregate\" transparency means transparency and aggregates are not transparent. Likewise, I support the 15-minute reporting requirement, to prevent fraud and prevent hiding in loopholes, and believe any associated cost or effort are justified in providing transparency and honest reporting.

Accordingly, I believe \"retail traders\" such as myself will benefit from all efforts to provide increased transparency. If funds are allowed to short in the dark, as an investor, I would remain dangerously unaware of the risks I would take on when purchasing securities.
