 To whom it may concern,

I fully support the transaction by transaction reporting. It provides much needed clarity in a market with many mechanisms to hide transactions. It is much harder to hide crime when transactions are out in the open and reported versus being kept in the aggregate. At the same time, I also support the 15 minute reporting requirement proposed as well. Much for the same reason as stated before. This will also make it much harder for crime occur if such a short time is given to obfuscate the data. Also, in the 21st century, with cellphones and super computers, there is no good reason any company shouldnt be able to achieve this. I also believe that smaller companies need help defending against over aggressive SHF. The ideas I supported earlier would help provide much needed support for the victimized companies and force transactions back into the open for all to see. Much like the victimized companies, retail will also benefit in the same way. Instead of SHFs doing back alley (dark pool)
deals to suppress the price of companies that they hold short positions with, they will be forced to either buy or sell shares for all to see. This has the added benefit of relieving some of the heavy workload of tracking SHF. If passed, millions of people (retail) will be able to help out the SEC and other regulating bodies by also tracking transactions in the stock market. Over the last year and a half, retail have continued to make amazing finds into how companies abuse loopholes and take advantage of the stock market. In an age with a large base of educated retail, no longer will only a single agency have to hold the torch. Millions of retail investors can help in this endeavor. If left unchecked, we could find ourselves in another depression or recession in one or two decades after this coming crash. There is a century of historical data that proves how detrimental opaqueness is to the stock market. If we can land a rover on mars, and launch the most impressive telescope ever
created into space, then the stock market should have 15 minute reporting and transaction by transaction requirements.
